How to play: three minutes, one river and six towers. Elixir fills on its own to a maximum of ten, and every card costs some of it. Tap a card in the bar and then tap the grass to put it down — or drag it straight out of the bar with a finger; keys 1–4 pick a card and Escape puts it back. You may only place on your own half until you knock one of the Baron's crown towers down, and then that whole lane of his opens up. Troops walk at the nearest thing worth fighting and cross at the two bridges — nothing but the Dragon crosses the water itself, and the Giant walks past every soldier to swing at towers alone. A crown tower is one crown; the king behind them is three and ends it on the spot, and he does not fire a shot until he is hit or loses a tower of his own. Elixir doubles for the last minute, and a match still level at the horn goes to a minute of sudden death at triple rate, where the next tower to fall wins it. Your four cards cycle: play one and it goes to the back of the deck, so the card shown as Next is the one you are about to be handed.
