What to write to us about
- Something on the site is broken — a game that will not load, a link that goes nowhere, a page that misbehaves.
- A deal or review is wrong — an expired code, a price that does not match, or a review that looks fake.
- Abuse or safety — spam, harassment, or content that should not be on the site. Please include the link.
- Your account — trouble signing in, a profile you cannot edit, or a request to delete your data (see the privacy request subject line).
- Business — advertising, partnerships, or press.
Contacting a member instead
Jobs, experts and companies have their own in-app contact — a member's listing page has the buttons for it, and you must be signed in to use them. Those messages go straight to the member, not to us.
When to expect a reply
We read everything that arrives and reply to most messages within a couple of business days. Abuse reports are treated as urgent.
